Curriculum
Committed to the total
education of the whole child, firmly rooted in the principles of
our Catholic faith since 1879, the Immaculate Conception School
offers academic excellence in grades Pre-K3 through 8. ICS
follows the Massachusetts State Frameworks with respect to our

Kindergarten
through 8th Grade
Pre-K3
In the ICS K1 program, the
focus is on the whole child. The intent is to foster children
intellectually, socially, spiritually, psychologically,
physically, and emotionally.
Applicants must be three years
of age as of September 1st of that year.
K1
In the ICS K1 program, the
focus is on the whole child. The intent is to foster children
intellectually, socially, spiritually, psychologically,
physically, and emotionally.
Applicants must be four years
of age as of September 1st of that year.
KII
The ICS KII program is a
continuation on the focus of the whole child. Students learn to
grow in the structure of a routine, yet are allowed time for
self-expression. Academics, socialization, and growth in faith
are all nurtured in our KII program.
Applicants must be five years
of age as of September 1st of that year and will participate in
a developmental screening process.
Grades 1 through 8
Follow a strong academic
curriculum based on the Archdiocese of Boston in conjunction
with the Massachusetts Curriculum frameworks. ICS seeks to guide
the child to live as a creative, complete and caring person, and
to share in his/her growth of faith in Christ.
